The goal of Medicaid and Medicare is to provide the highest quality home and health care services as possible. Absolute is licensed by the State of Colorado and certified by the ACHC (Accreditation Commission for Healthcare). We are proud to have met the stringent standards required to receive patient payments from the Medicaid and Medicare systems. We love helping patients and their families, beginning with the initial application, throughout the process.

The Patient services are requested in writing, by a qualified licensed physician. 

The Patient is homebound or unable to leave the home without assistance.

The Patient requires one or more of the following:

  • Intermittent Skilled (Medical) Nursing (RNs & LPNs)
  • Personal Assistance by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Physical Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Medical Social Worker
  • Home Health Aid Assistance
  • Catheter or Colostomy Care
  • Setting up and managing the Medication Schedule
  • Wound Care
  • G-Tube Feeding

  1. Elderly or Disabled
  2.  Receiving Social Security Insurance Benefits(SSI)
  3.  A Long-term Medicaid Recipient
  4. Already enrolled for services with a HCBS-EBD Waiver
